The NPC logic error room was more directly related to his feelings about the whole thing, since he does already know the solution to it! So taking him out of there basically means that at least for the time being, he'll be having less nightmares about the logic error, which is good! He will just...have nightmares about everyone dying instead :') Though since Annabeth removed the door, he will have some trouble keeping the memories of it off his mind, so the nightmares may come back fairly quickly.
